Bill Pay
PERC Water manages TCWD’s Billing and Customer Service Department and offers a variety of payment options for TCWD customers. Monthly bills for water service are prepared on the first working day of each month and payment for each monthly bill is due on or by the 20th of the month (or the next business day if the 20th is on a weekend or federal holiday). Your water meter is read at the end of each month by PERC Water’s meter-reading staff.
Pay By Mail
In order to assure proper credit to your account when making a payment, please reference the bill number on your check payment and detach and enclose the remittance portion of your billing statement. The remaining portion of the bill with information including service dates, usage, and billed amount, should be retained for your records. Payments may be made in the form of checks payable to PERC Water Corporation or by using PERC Water online payment services.
